This Statement of Privacy applies to, and Caliray, Inc. (“Caliray”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) and governs data collection and usage. The Caliray website is an e-commerce site. By using the Caliray website, you consent to the practices described in this statement. This policy is for users in the United States and does not cover information that you submit on third party websites, applications, or social platforms.

We may use third party service provide such as Shopify or Google Analytics to support our services.  These service providers may use technology such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and others to collect and store information for our usage.  While we use this information to provide better service to you, we do not have control of their use of cookies or other tracking technologies.
  5. Caliray may share personal information with business controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Caliray, Inc. Caliray may share personal information for business transactions such a sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business. In this cases, personal information may be shared, sold, transferred, and used by a third party.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Caliray or third-party service providers. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Caliray website.

Disconnecting your Caliray Account from Third Party Websites


Right to Deletion

If you would like to delete your account, please email us a.  Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  1. Delete your personal information from our records.
  2. Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Exceptions to deleting your account history:

  1. Information that is needed to complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with state or federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us.
  2. Restricted by Shopify’s policy and cannot delete an account if there is order history.
  3. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity.
  4. Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  5. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law.
  6. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
  7. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent.
  8. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us.
  9. Comply with an existing legal obligation.
  10. Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.  

Children Under Thirteen

Caliray does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make all reasonable efforts to delete the information from our records. E-mail & Text Communications

From time to time, Caliray may contact you via email and/or text messaging for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Caliray or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Caliray, you may opt-out of such communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link.  To unsubscribe from a text service, simply text back “STOP”.   

California Privacy Rights

When applicable, under California Civil Code sections 1798.100, et seq. , California residents have the right to request, twice in a 12 month period, that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you during the past 12 months.  In addition, you have the right to request that we delete the personal information who provide personal information we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions).  If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please submit a written request to our contact information listed below.

Before processing your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, which will include verifying that the email address from which you submit the request matches the email address we maintain on file for you.  In order to ensure you are the owner of the email address, you must respond to a confirmation email that we will send to such email address. In some cases, we may ask that you provide additional information in order to verify your identity.
