at caliray, we are committed to creating clean products that f/n work. if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return for your new or gently used products within 45 days of the date of purchase.

to initiate a return, please email hello@caliraybeauty.com with your order number and we can assist you there.

please send back your items to the following address: 5220 River Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92663.

we suggest you use a carrier that provides a tracking number. make sure your items are packed carefully, as items damaged in transit may be ineligible for credit.

please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return.

credit will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. you will be notified via email when credit is issued.

please note: refunds are exclusive of discounts and original shipping fees. sale items and gift cards are nonrefundable.
