how long will it take for my order to ship?

it takes 2-3 business days to process each order. typical transit time is 3-6 business days within the contiguous US. there may be possible delays due to carrier limitations. shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take 2-4 weeks. when your order ships, we will send an email with a tracking number. you can also track your order here or contact hello@caliraybeauty.com for more information.

how much is shipping?

Contiguous US:

• standard shipping (3-6 business days): $5
• express shipping (1-2 business days): $25 (orders must be placed before 12PM PST)
• free shipping with orders over $50, exclusive of discounts, tax, & shipping cost

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:

• standard shipping: $19
• express (3 business days): $28

are duties and taxes included in my order total?
